Depending on their curing conditions, dielectric inks are divided into
two categories: thermal curing (drying) and ultraviolet ray (UV) curing
inks.
For thermal curing dielectric inks, we can provide inks in colorless, green and blue color. Other color can be produced upon request. This type ink is used mostly for protective layer and waterproof layer. To use it as insulating layer, it is recommended to print three layers.
For UV curing inks, color in translucent green, translucent blue and translucent clear can be provided. Solid content of this type ink is almost 100%. According to their rate of thermal shrinkage, they can be categorized as protecting/insulating along and insulating layer for crossover of conductive lines.
