Specialty Paste
Description
- Specialty inks are developed upon requested by our customers, e.g. color pastes, pressure sensitive adhesives and conductive adhesives.
- Pressure sensitive adhesives are used in computer keyboards for waterproofing purpose.
- Binder resin for dielectric and phosphor layers in manufacturing of electro luminescent lamps (E.L. lamps) is supplied with good adhesion to ITO/PET film and excellent dispersive ability for both phosphor and barium titanate powders.
- Anisotropic conductive adhesive can be used for connecting leads (pins) for E.L. lamps and touch panels to substrates.
- Die-attach conductive adhesives for LED power chips are to be used to bond chip on the frame with excellent thermal conductivity.
- Silver inks for solar cell conductive line application is
under developing.
- Strip mask, the protection features provide the touch panel key area, after the production process can be easily stripped and reach the workpiece protection requirements.
